about me.

Writing about yourself is no easy task. On the one hand, you worry about leaving out something important; on the other, you don’t want this section to read like a dissertation. So, with your permission, I’ll focus on the key points here, and you can find all the details of my professional activities and achievements in my CV or on my LinkedIn profile.

The most important thing I feel about myself is a sense of integrity. I strive to live my professional, personal, and family life in a way where my actions, thoughts, goals, and values remain aligned across all my roles. I strongly believe in the role-based model of life, and it serves as the foundation for my approaches to interaction and communication.

My professional experience spans 15 years across almost all roles connected to sales or the commercial function—from a sales specialist for equipment to a commercial director managing a team of over 150 professionals. However, what I value most is my personal contribution to cross-functional collaboration, which has successfully led to the development of the company’s commercial strategy and, as a derivative, its commercial policy.

I genuinely enjoy connecting with people in various formats: from one-on-one business negotiations to presentations for larger audiences. This passion inspired me to create my own negotiation course, which you can read about in the “events” section.

I’m open to collaboration and partnerships of all kinds 🙌

education

2004-2010

Masters, Energy engineering
NTUU "KPI"

Kyiv

Ukraine

This is my primary higher education, which gave me a technical perspective on the world and its processes. It enables me to approach any issue systematically, establish cause-and-effect relationships, and make well-informed decisions.

2007-2010

Masters, Finance

International University of Finances

Kyiv

Ukraine

My financial education complemented my technical background, providing deeper insights into the financial equivalents of technologies, equipment, and processes. However, most of my experience in finance was gained directly throughout my career.

2023-2025 (in progress)

Masters, Leadership and management
Arizona State University

Phoenix

USA

Probably the most deliberate choice in my executive education journey. I realized that my 15 years of experience, including 10 years in people management, were shaped partly through trial and error, partly with the help of mentors and books, and partly through short courses. I decided to systematize my approaches and add a solid academic foundation to my extensive practical experience.
